Hit ‘Ctrl+Shift+Esc’ or ‘Ctrl+Alt+Del’ to launch Task Manager. Terminate any unnecessary or illegal (hacking) programs or processes.

Run Windows in Diagnostic Startup
1. Start> Run> Type in msconfig> OK
2. Under ‘General’, select Diagnostic Startup and reboot your computer
