Ensure that your software/hardware firewall is not blocking GameGuard from accessing its update server
Solution 2
Delete ‘GameGuard’ folder in Root:\Program Files\WIZET\MapleStory\ (Change according what game you are playing)
Solution 3
Install GameGuard manual patch from the game website.
Work on all online games using gameguard.
